FSC Stats for the calendar year 2008

     
 

Emergency Shelter for Single Adults (FSC main building at 241-249 Arch Street, second floor) operated @ 101% capacity serving a total of 366 unduplicated men and women.
Emergency Family Shelter (main building at 241-249 Arch Street, 2nd floor) operated @ 96% capacity serving 21 unduplicated families consisting of 22 adults and 30 children.
A total of 351 men, women and children were served in the Emergency Shelter. The racial breakdown is as follows: 162 were white, 49 African American and 151 Hispanic. The age range was: 0 – 17 years (30); 18 – 25 years (35); 26 – 34 years (85) 35 – 50 years (163); 51 – 59 years (47); 60 and over (6).
Transitional Living Program, 15 single bedrooms, up to two years residency (FSC main building, third floor) operated at 96% capacity serving a total of 27 unduplicated men and women. Breakdown was 10 women and 17 men; 21 white, 3 African American, 3 Hispanic. The age range was: 18 – 34 years (2); 35 – 50 years (9); 51 – 59 years (13); 60 and over (3).
